Most of my classes are at Equinox. Classes come with all the equipment you need - blankets, risers. Note that membership is required to join these classes.
P.S. I highly recommend going to the steam room after class. I’ve incorporated it into my personal routine and love it.
I’m an elementary school teacher by day, but available evenings and weekends. Of course there’s summer too.
Let’s see if we’re a good fit.

Be the change you wish to see in the world
My approach includes a unique combination of 5 elements.
Topic to guide the mind
Aromatherapy to change your cognitive state
Massage using Marma points to reduce stress and elevate mood
Mantras with vibrations to balance the nervous system
Asanas, the poses, to align the skeletal system and calm the mind
The positions themselves are routine - only the spiritual theme changes. In this way we can change the mind and realize the external doesn't need to change.
